ITC will be in attendance at the FTA Webinar: AQMD Rule 2305.
Rule 2305 requires that all records used to demonstrate compliance be maintained by warehouse operators or owners, as applicable, for a period of no less than seven years and made available to South Coast AQMD upon request during normal business hours in order to determine compliance.
