Since 1971, ITC has been involved in and witnessed the growth and expansion of the Foreign Trade Zone industry. ITC-Diligence International, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the state of California in December 2002 as a consulting firm offering advice to the international trade community as it relates to operational and marketing services in the areas of importing, exporting and foreign trade zone activities. This experience also includes all aspects of transportation such as air, ocean, rail and truck carriers.
ITC co-founded the Southern California Foreign Trade Zone Association (SCFTZ), a group of professionals in the Southern California region who support the growth of the FTZ program, the education and dissemination of FTZ information, the marketing of FTZs through workshops and serve the local FTZ industry and trade community as a united voice and advocacy group dealing with federal agencies such as the U.S. Customs & Border Protection and the Foreign Trade Zone Board.
